Such a great place! I have just been going to Monique’s for a few years, and she never disappoints with his she cuts my hair. All I have to do is show her a photo and she does it perfectly alike while also recommending how to style it just like the photo. She’s a literal magician and angel whenever I go there :)
I've been going to Monica for years; she does an awesome job!!! Monica is the only person I trust with my hair. I take my kids to her as well; as long as she is open, I will continue to go to her.
I have been going to Monica for hair cut/trim, color, and style for over a decade. She’s awesome in every sense. She’s given me what I asked for. Also, Monica often gives suggestions on current trends on cut and color to help me stay current (even though I go with my usual). Her price is one of the lowest around Visalia. On top of that, She’s friendly and welcoming. I’ve always felt comfortable with her. She initiates conversations to make the wait time interesting and less boring.
