My rental house is in Central, CA, where the temperatures flip over 100 degrees from summer to winter. It was over 100 degrees a lot during the summer, and now it is below freezing. This company was assigned to us by American Home Shield August 8th. We had no A/C in Aug. and Sept. (it was 114 degrees when I was there in Sept.) and to date (Dec. 28th,) now there is still no heat! They didn't start any work until Nov. 11th (waiting for the unit?), and nope - wrong frame. They came back Dec. 8th with the frame they made, and I had to pay them $3114.00 BEFORE they put the unit on the roof. What do you know? They were missing another part (and kept my money.) This company gets a zero from me. They are HORRIBLE!!!!! I still never got the final inspection with the city cause this company never submitted what they needed. I called this company for months trying to get them to complete it but they wouldn't answer my call. I drove to their location that doesn't even look like a business and they said they'd take care of it but they didn't. It took too much energy to fight with them. AHS sent them to me. Never let this company do work on your AC. Kathy I had to choose 1 star to be able to post but they definitely do not deserve it

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS...These people are dishonest as hell. We have AHS Home warranty and this company was contracted to fix our A/C. I requested service on 5/18/2022 it's now 10/19/2022 and my A/C is still not fixed When they finally had anew a/C to install they wanted to charge us $4,100 when the repair was only $2,500 but they fought for a new unit even though our unit was only a little over 5 yrs old. The girl tried to tell us it was "code" to replace all the items listed, well we called the city and found out its NOT "code" and when we called back we told her she was lying it's not code her response was it's our way or no way!
