I’ve lived all over the U.S., but the OBGYN care in Visalia is shockingly subpar.

I have never seen pregnant women treated like cattle until coming to Kaweah Health Willow Clinic.

My wife is consistently left in the waiting room for over an hour, and when she finally sees her doctor, he acts 'bothered' by basic requests—like an ultrasound for peace of mind.

I thought she was overreacting at first, but after seeing it firsthand, I can say this is the worst prenatal experience I’ve ever witnessed. If you want to feel like a human being during your pregnancy, look elsewhere like Fresno or Bakersfield..

I came here with my fiance a couple of weeks ago and i have to say we had amazing service from everyone! the wait was no less than 5 minutes and i want to say that Dr. Carter was EXTREMELY helpful... throughout the whole time I noticed how attentive she was and how every detail was noted... i didn't feel rushed or like i had to hurry through what was going on... if she was doing anything else and was taking a while she would come by and update us! We felt so comfortable and very well attended! Thank you Dr. Carter we need more doctors like you keep up the amazing work!

If I could give a rating for Dr. Parungao alone, it would be 5 stars. Her compassion, patience, thoroughness, and transparency is a stark contrast to the way so much of the staff here seem to handle patients.

Everything from scheduling to calling with simple questions has been like pulling teeth. The probably most egregious example of this is when I reached out well in advance of running out of some medication, since I didn't have enough to last me until my next appointment. Eventually, I'm given a prescription -- for 1/4th of my dosage.

I call my pharmacy for an ETA on the rest; they never got it, fax the renewal request to office. Office claims they never...read full review
