Arrived to see a Dr and saw someone different, and they misplaced my file from a surgeon they got. They also failed to obtain all the rest of my records after a 2 month wait. Poor patient care as welI did see a dr who is realy good there as well. Hopefully we can figure out something soon.

There is a lot I like about the Family Healthcare Network, and there is so much I don't like about them as well. Office staff can be hard to deal with and some of the doctors on staff have a God Complex and like to tell you how you feel instead of listening to your chief complaints. I love my doctor and it took me a while to get him. I hope that I don't have to find a new one any time soon. It can be very hard to find a good doctor that is helpful and that listens to what you have to say. Always get the care I need from Family Health Care. I mostly use the Mooney Blvd facility, but I've also been to the Oak St and School St. All super clean with a kind and professional staff that make your visit as stress-free as possible.
