Family HealthCare Network offers a mixed experience, with both positives and negatives. While some office staff can be challenging to deal with, and some doctors may prioritize telling patients what they think over listening to their concerns, there are also dedicated doctors who take the time to listen and care for their patients. The facilities are clean, and staff are kind and professional. Some locations, such as Goshen, have friendly and welcoming environments, with doctors like Dr. Hoover who put patients at ease.
Only here because I like my son’s Dr and he’s been with her since he was a baby. But was really disappointed with the medical assistant today. She was very rude and her punitive attitude towards a single mom who manages a clinic for missed calls was very much not appreciated. You have no idea what people have going on or their day jobs. The snarky attitude isn’t necessary for your documentation. As a community health provider it’s extremely important we’re mindful of how we treat people.
Dr Murphy was kind, nice, and I felt heard by him. I’m giving 4 stars because the patient in the room next to me kept cussing and was very annoying my entire visit. A nurse could’ve told him to quiet down because if I heard him, then I’m sure they did.
Drs and nurses assistant they do a decent job, downstairs front desk and supervisor they need to go to get their vision check. Show to my appointment to check in this older lady tells me with an attitude that I had cancel the appointment thru text message and that they will have to check with the provider if they can still see me, I never received no text message of anything. Me not being from the town I drove two hours away to get some results I took time off from work to make it to this appointment make me really upset they tried to make it seem I was the stupid one for canceling the appointment and then showing to the clinic.
