Great place loads of machines to suit every need two pools one inside one out a spa and a mini pool you can book lanes for an hr too which is nice, lift some weights, run the gauntlet, or just work your way round in your own fashion. Staff are friendly welcoming amd helpful. The place seems very clean amd tidy over all. The showers and bathrooms are very pleasant co.pared to some places, everyone seems to be chatty and friendly even offering help and advice at times or just general chit chat. The hours are good and suit almost anyone's schedule, they also sell drinks on site and I believe snacks too. Free parking lot right outside.
I recently stopped by In-Shape Fitness Club for a guest pass, and I was thoroughly impressed! Janet at the front desk was incredibly friendly and welcoming. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, making me feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The club itself is clean, well-maintained, and has all the equipment you could need for a great workout. I was very pleased with my visit and would highly recommend this club to anyone looking for a positive and supportive fitness environment.
5 stars is an understatement. This club is amazing, no matter what time I come in whether it’s in the morning or evening this club has a great attitude. It’s clean, organized and all the employees very welcoming. Including Veronica she is very helpful she always there when I have questions and always brighten everyone’s day. Also shouting out Miss Mary always going above and beyond solving members questions and making sure everyone has a great experience
