Love the Yoga Flow class on Tuesday mornings. Pennie's voice is gentle and treats you warmly with the most respectful welcoming smile. If you have arthritis/menopause/life just being a jerk just throwing crap at you in general causing anxiety/stress overall...then this class is for you. The front desk were very welcoming, made sure I used my phone properly to check in, directed me where my class was, & a lounge area to wait for my friend (which has a bunch of stuff on sale/snacks etc if you need to get something). Looking forward to coming back & relieving more pain.
Always have a great time in shape. Demery I love going there. Whether I'm using the machines or free weights. There's always machines available. Sometimes it is a little packed but that's because the club is very popular. It's very clean in there and the atmosphere is great
I love this gyms classes. Overall it’s my favorite gym.
This morning I brought my 1 and half year old in to the kids zone for the very first time.
The kids zone workers are very unwelcoming and look like they hate their life. I’m sure it isn’t good for workers to work with children if they act like they hate children in my opinion. It makes me feel uneasy dropping my child off there. Some moms don’t have another option then to use the gyms childcare
