Becca is outstanding! She is incredibly attentive, professional, and always ensures that we are comfortable. While most of the staff is great, Becca truly stands out as our favorite. In fact, she’s the reason we choose to book on weekdays instead of weekends—we know she’ll be there to provide the exceptional service we’ve come to appreciate. Highly recommend!
Ive been to several hydration rooms, and they are all fantastic, but the Villa Park is acceptional, and it's because of their staff . I've never seen such incredibly considerate, efficient, tactful, courteous, polite, accommodating, gentle attentive people. Seriously give them a raise! They are awesome 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
