    Was a great experience from start to finish! Made an appointment here for my wife after the last time that Pacific Dermatology dropped the ball and was extremely rude and we were glad that we did. Everyone was very professional, the office was very clean and bright and we were seen in a very short time. We are really glad to have found this place and plan on returning!

    My grandson has had severe cystic acne for years. After a few years of trying all the topicals. he was prescribed acutane, which is working amazingly. The office staff and the doctor are absolutely amazing. Anytime I've needed anything, they have been very accommodating.

    I went in for a culture test and expected clear communication about the results. Instead, when I called, they refused to discuss anything over the phone and insisted I come back in for another appointment. It feels less about patient care and more about scheduling repeat visits every couple of weeks to bill for another office charge. Patients deserve timely answers, transparency, and respect for their time and money. Very frustrating experience.
