My wife saw Dr. Gross in 2015 for the removal of a cancerous skin lesion. He was very thorough and his staff were very efficient. Fast forward to today. My wife and I were scheduled in this morning by the front office lady Anna. Only 10 mins to fill out intake forms. Wife and I were taken back and seen within 15 minutes. Dr. Gross and his PA Christen came in and started identifying problem skin areas. Then they started the biopsy procedure. The procedure was comfortable and not painful.
