Too bad doctor Tran retired. I was referred to him & I hear he was a wonderful doctor. The younger Dr. who I saw is horrible. He doesn't have enough time for you. Makes you feel like your questions aren't important. He acts like you're beneath him. The only good thing is he did catch a spot & removed it. When I came in to get my stitches out, the girls were wonderful but when I asked about a spot & if he could take a quick look at it, he told the nurse we'll look at it next time I come in, which is in 6 months. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is the girls & nurses in the office are wonderful.

The doctor and PA I’ve seen were both very helpful. The lack of professionalism (no voicemail response, was accused of being given medication by one of the staff members even though I needed to get blood work first, and being interrupted on the phone several times is what really stands out to me. Every experience of having to go here has unfortunately been negative.

Although the staff was somewhat friendly, I was sent there to see an MD and was seen by a PA who didn’t have a clue. I was given a cream that made the problem worse. Called and made an appointment with the MD, but he was as clueless as the PA. This is his specialty!! Now after waiting 2 weeks there is still no authorization for a biopsy. My rash has been spreading during this time and will probably have to wait another 2-3 weeks for the results!!
