This company taking advantage charging extra service without letting unaware costumer of lumper charges and adding on extra on the bill. TWICE just now. Marco refused to pick up my phone. I spoke to Silvia about the situation and hope this is not happening again. But, this is happening again, second time. $150 extra charge on the first one and $75 on the second one. This is BAD business. I would give negative ten starts if there is. I think Google should allow this !!!

Lease a truck 950 a week.and the take 3 cents for tires and 9 cents for escrow.u will never get it back.second rate average out to 1.30 a mile time the take out all fees.average fees with truck and escrow a week not included fuel.2400 a week.fsc is what the want but this my experience.could be better or worse for someone else

Brokers/consumers, I would not recommend and will not again use Dot-Line. 21+ day transit from CA to FL and we had to intercept our freight from them with a different carrier to finally get it delivered and avoid further delivery delays. Updates and tracking information they provided never proved accurate, repeatedly were told the freight had departed CA only to later find out it hadn't and was still there. Initially Dot-Line wanted to charge $800 to release the freight at their terminal for us to have a more reliable carrier pick up and handle the delivery. There are plenty of reliable and budget friendly carriers out there so look elsewhere. Caveat emptor.
