Love the staff, but maintenance could use a facelift. Takes too long to get anything done and no one's around after 4:50 pm. I've had trailer and tractor issues after hours while still in the yard and no one to repair them. Trips should either be distributed by 3pm or shop hours should be set to end at/after 7pm.
