This is my favorite yoga studio in Ventura! Great selection of classes that fit my schedule. The studio’s ambience is cozy and inviting. Most of all, we have the pleasure of working with skilled instructors who give each student the space to modify, explore, and build their own practices in a supportive environment.

It's an amazing little cozy studio, but clean and full of good energy, Nikkie knows her clients and she offers a variety of classes. Ms. Lauren is also great with kids! Highly recommend this studio.

Yoga Jones has a unique variety of yoga classes— from aerial and hula to Taoist yoga, along with a steady schedule of flow and restorative classes. In addition they have lots of workshops and events that keep my mind and heart open.Not only did I feel welcomed when I first arrived at the studio, but I effortlessly became part of the truly beautiful community there.Thank you Yoga Jones!
