I attended my first yoga class this past Friday and let me tell you! I didn’t realize how tight my body was! After the class was over I felt 1000x better. Super friendly, and open environment. Highly recommend it! I will be booking more classes.
This is my favorite yoga studio in Ventura! Great selection of classes that fit my schedule. The studio’s ambience is cozy and inviting. Most of all, we have the pleasure of working with skilled instructors who give each student the space to modify, explore, and build their own practices in a supportive environment.
It's an amazing little cozy studio, but clean and full of good energy, Nikkie knows her clients and she offers a variety of classes. Ms. Lauren is also great with kids! Highly recommend this studio.
