I was initially scared to get a lymphatic massage after my mommy makeover surgery since I was in so much pain so my expectation was for the massage to be painful. As soon as Alex put his hands on me, I felt a sense of relief. He used breathing techniques and explained what he was doing throughout the massage. I have had many massages, but I have never felt such a sense of peace, calmness and relief during a massage like I have with Alex. I have gone twice now and am scheduled for a third massage next week. I will continue to go to Alex even after I heal.

Alex is the best!! I've had chronic neck and shoulder pain for years and after just one session I saw a huge difference. Not only does Alex take his time to work through all your muscle groups, but he also works with you on stretching to really get at what the problem is. He has a great understanding of how the body is connected and how strain on one muscle may affect another. It's a great mix of relaxing massage and much-needed bodywork!
