The staff is always helpful, curteous and they take the time to get to know their patients. Sometimes it is a long wait to be seen. Ample parking is available. Overall, I would recommend this medical clinic for their services.
I went in with an ingrown toe nail after wasting over 2 hrs at las Islas urgent care in Oxnard, the lady in the front desk was very calm and professional, also very nice lady, they took me in after maybe 15 mins, took my vitals, and they were ready to remove my ingrown nail, Carmen is the Dr that did it, very profesional Dr, the Male Dr at las Islas urgent care was scared to remove it, so all he did was have me waiting for 2 hrs to tell me he didn't want to, Dr Carmen in the other hand saw it and right away prepped me for the removal, she was amazing from start to finish, she did an amazing job, wish there was more caring Drs like her, hands down one of the best and...read full review
I had a very positive experience with this medical center and the orthopedic care I received. Victor and Susie were both thoughtful, professional, and helpful throughout the process, and Dr. Benson provided excellent care.
I have been through a meaningful amount of trauma, so I do not take healthcare lightly. What stood out to me was how much this team genuinely seemed to care. I feel better, healthier, and more confident because of the care I received. I am grateful for their support and would highly recommend them.
