I have Medi-Cal. My son sees pediatrician Dr. Mark Barrett and I have just started seeing obstetrician Dr. Miriam Delosantos. We always receive great care. The doctors are very knowledgeable and take time to answer questions. The nurses/physician assistants are always so kind to my son and myself. Everyone from front desk to back of office is always very polite. I appreciate everyone coming together to take care of our community. Although there are times where there is a long wait, I believe it is to be expected and everyone is always ready to apologize for the delay so there is a great sense of value that the staf has for their patients. We come here to see Dr Barrett who is GREAT! I have no complaints with him in regards to him seeing my son. However, the wait time is ridiculous when there are students interning/shadowing. The longest I have waited has been 2 hours to be seen, from waiting outside and being placed in a room. I am a pretty patient person but I think the wait time is excessive especially when I have a baby who is fussy/ doesn't want to be kept in a room. We have tried appointments mid day as well as last appointment times and there's no way around it. Got to the clinic 20 minutes before my appointment was set & they took a whole hour before my name was called. Then another 20 minutes for the dr to see me. I love the drs here but it’s just ridiculous to Have to wait that long.
