Not the first time. Corn was bad (photo) and also ground beef was kind if old. I notice that once I made a comment with another client, someone from the Meat department came by and removed it.

this is my neighborhood store i spend a lot of money. more so since january 2025. today was the kick in my drawers. no carts, no curtesy clerks. so i had to be a curtesy clerk to get my trolley i also had to bag my groceries. also pay for them unbag them and cook it. so vons im now your employee again. almost got charged a bag until i got snarky. whew saved me 10 cents. i retired and continue to be retired. therefore i will get a trolley, fill it, unload it and pay for it. thats all. everything else is added to the price. im no dummy now im educating others. solution bring in more curtesy clerks. train your employees. that the next paycheck can be from the government... read full review

This review is only for the deli food section of the store. I bought a chopped meat and cheese package from the deli the other day. Not my first time eating this snack from Von packaged by Vons employees. The cheese was not "real" cheese' it was like Kraft or velveeta cheese. Both the cheddar and pepper jack were that "fake" cheese. I was pretty disappointed. The chopped ham and turkey was good but the cheese is different than in the past.
