I've been going to The Gym Next Door in Ventura since Cindy took over from Curves. She has extended the services to include classes in yoga, stretch exercises and balance control which offer a variety of ways to supplement the exercise machines. Additionally, she has added numerous machines including a couple of treadmills & bicycle machines. Having taken one of Cindy's classes, I can attest to her expertise & knowledge as a fitness coach. Great gym located in Ventura! This personalized facility is great for anyone looking for a quick circuit workout or a class. Membership is very affordable and they even are a part of the Silver Sneakers!
