I was never told that my tax preparer of 30 years, David Cook retired in December 2025. The only reason I found out was that I sent him an email in March re my tax returns and the auto email reply informed me. I called the office and my taxes are being prepared by Stephanie Ozuna. I didn't know her (though per her LinkedIn she has been with them since 2001). She did a great job prepping my taxes. But I'm knocking off stars for not telling Dave's clients that he retired and sharing the qualifications of Stephanie. I had to look them up on the website before I was assured she could handle the job.

We have been going to Dave at least twenty years and have about five friends who have also. Dave is the best. He doesn't need this review but I just needed to set the record straight.
