Out of desperation, due to an ant invasion, I turned to Spectrum for help. Spencer handled my call promptly and professionally. I am certain this time of year he’s very busy, yet he sent a technician out within 48 hours of my call. Dave was very kind, professional, and considerate of our property. He did a thorough job, and even came back 7 days later to address a different location where ants were active. Spectrum prepared us ahead of time that it might take more than one visit to get it under control before moving us to their maintenance service. Spectrum has been providing our pest control service for us for over 20 years at three different homes.
