My facia and underlayment were contaminated with dry rot and also had termite damage. Sloan Roofing came in and removed all of it. Not only did they replace the wood facia boards, they also took the composition roof back a layer to replace the plywood. Additionally, they installed a new drip cap and new roofing material. Their team did an excellent job, and it was completed in a short amount of time.

Sloan Roofing is the contract roofer for the Carefree Living Association (CLA) in Port Hueneme, Ventura County where I own my home. Mr. Alan Sloan has managed the roofs for this community for 15 years and is highly rated by the board of directors of the CLA.
In December of 2023, I experienced a major leak in my sunroom which is a build-on to the main structure of my home. I used a roofer who was recommended by my insurance company. As I later learned the repair did not comply with state roofing codes.
