Beau took the time and effort to help me with the installation of a water softener. He is professional, punctual, responsive, and demonstrates a strong work ethic. He truly cares about his job, the business, and the customers.
I used to be a customer of another water softener company, but due to dissatisfaction, I turned to Rayne. Fortunately, I had the chance to work with Beau Rawlings. I called the company to request service, and within just two days, the water softener installation was scheduled.

Robert (the Rayne tech) is good at what he does. My unit was a bit more troublesome, but Robert spent the additional time troubleshooting the cause and fixed the unit without having to break the bank. Thank You, Robert!
