I called for a plumber in May to fix a leaky bathroom sink cold water faucet. The plumber said he could not turn off the water supply in the cabinet under the sink to fix the leak because the pipes were “frozen with age (2006 construction). He replaced the pipes under 2 sinks in my bathroom for $910. I left for a long trip and returned at the end of October and discovered the faucet still leaks. Called the plumber back and he said it’s $270 to fix the leak. Why didn’t he fix it before? He said I must have told him not to! In fact I did not, and I had him back to install a replacement laundry room sink a week later and he again had to replace the existing under cabinet pipes due to age and charged $660. This visit I also told him about a loose toilet tank that occasionally leaked at the base. He said tightening the bolts wouldn’t be enough and it needs a major bolt replacement for approximately $230. feel ripped off!

Cruz and Quality Plumbing are top notch. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for expert plumbing diagnostics or work. Cruz is great and Dave came out to our home today and not only did expert installation of a gas line but also solved our gas wood burning stove malfunction by diagnosing and fixing the problem. My wife and I are both very thankful and impressed at the manner in which Dave solved our problem professionally and persistently! Thanks Cruz and Dave as well as Julian the apprentice that came to assist Dave. Five stars all around.

Hired Quality Plumbing as an emergency and received a response in a jiffy! Reception was helpful, techs who came out were very informative and knowledgeable on the situation. Assessed the leak and repaired in no time. Will definitely be referring over to my buddy’s! Thanks Cruz!

My HOA is contracted with Quality plumbing and rooter for our buildings. Had a major leak in ceiling of my bathroom. They came out three times and were unable to find the leak. Major damage as a result. Hired another company and they found the leak in upstairs unit shower on first attempt. Very unsatisfied with Quality plumbing and poor work ethic.

Today my condo had maintenance and I was a bit frustrated coming home and not knowing(my condos fault, not plumbing) . I went outside and saw a plumbing van where a young gentleman name Richard was attending to his tools. I asked questions regarding the water being stopped and he was so polite and answered any question I had. Not only did he do his job but went above and beyond in his customer service aspect. He was polite, patient, and understanding. He really was so nice and helpful that my frustrations vanished. He even took the extra step to stop what he was doing and let me know my water was ok again and checked my faucets to ensure there was no nasty stuff coming out. Good company, and Richard you're a great man!

Great service!! Bruce and Junior came to my salon downtown Ventura to jet the pipes. They were clean, efficient and honest. They also offered to shorten some long hoses that slowed our drainage. Will use them again!
