Initially had a nice interaction with this business but then had a subsequent missed appointment without any communication and then never received a refund for an overpayment (which they agreed to refund). They stopped responding to my emails and phone calls completely.

I had a fantastic experience with Pure View Windows and Doors and want to give credit to Brian and Dayle for their excellent communication, being on time and on budget, and just overall great people to work with. If anyone needs new windows or doors, they are highly recommended - they replaced every window and door on one of our properties and the experience went perfectly.
