I do not know how this company has managed to stay in business. For my child's senior HS pictures, Prestige did not offer enough timeslots at the school "studio" to cover all the seniors that attend. My child (and her friends) were worried that they were not going to be able to get their senior pics taken because there did not seem to be an online scheduling option available at that time and there were no more in-school time slots available. When I called Prestige, they informed me that we could go into the studio (on a weekend instead of a weekday session at the school). I think it took me nearly an hour to make an appt (no online appt option was available).... read full review

The only reason they are getting 2 stars and not 1 is because my daughter's photographer at the high school was amazing. Got the kids to relax and made sure the portrait was perfect. My daughter raved about how awesome she was. My daughter's images turned out so well, so I have to give them that. So that is why they get 2 stars and not 1. Here is why they got such a low rating from me: once they take your child's senior portrait, you are held hostage. You will endure months and months of hundreds of emails asking you to purchase. The pricing is not remotely reasonable for the average family and triply so in this economy. Packages are about $400 and... read full review
