After waiting two months for an appointment, I Was cancelled on 15 minutes before. We were already there. When I asked what happened I was told I scheduled on a weekend and it happens often.
After waiting two months for an appointment, I Was cancelled on 15 minutes before. We were already there. When I asked what happened I was told I scheduled on a weekend and it happens often.
I waited 8 weeks for an appointment. My appointment was cancelled because I did not respond fast enough. I was told it is company policy. I was also told I would have to wait 8 weeks more for another appointment. I am contacting my provider for another company to complete my doctor request. Poor policy. Poor customer service.
