If I could give Cindy more than 5 stars I definitely would! I went today and Cindy is truly an amazing human being!!! She is very patient, genuine, and just an all around wonderful person. She takes the time to listen and take in what the customer wants and needs. I highly recommend everyone to come to Cindy Brooks Permanent Makeup to enhance your natural beauty! Cindy is really amazing! I got my eyebrows done on 6/26/24 and I couldn't be more happy! She listened so closely to what I wanted done, was really personable and my brows turned out just like I wanted! Thank you Cindy for an incredible experience! I highly recommend her to you!!!!
I love love, love my new brows and eyeliner I can't say enough good things about Cindy and her work. She is fast. She is awesome. She is reasonable. I went in so nervous and she had a naturally kind way of calming me down. Before this, I had been so unhappy thinking I would have to go back for a touchup to another place that is nearby where I had been given reddish blurred eyebrows, which had taken forever I felt that for the price and the time Lordy, and all the many great reviews it should have been a lot better Please give Cindy a try.
