Impeccable service and fair price. I called with a shower valve issue and they were able to come out the same day and fixed within a few hours. Every single person from my call to the service technician were very professional.
A huge thank you too Dena, Lee and Dier, the dream team, I had a job done by another Mr Rooter team, it was not a good experience, I called in and complained, I was lucky to get Dena on the phone, after explaining and being rather nasty to her, she turned my grump into a smile, her professional, sympathetic and kind approach turned into an awesome experience when she sent Lee and Dier to sort me out, they were wonderful and set about dealing with my problem, too cut a long story short, they went above and beyond to fix every thing that was done wrong. In my new home, I wanted to get some sewer drainage work done, as well to install a water tankless heater & establish a new laundry line inside the home. Mr. Rooter Miguel has been very kind & professional along with other technicians & his staff has been on it with accommodating with time & checking in. The work itself as well has been really great. Whatever questions I had they made things smooth and easy. I’m very grateful to have them do all the work at my new home. Give them a call the whole team and the owner are very kind hearts!!
