I’ve been working with Ayn since August and it has been amazing to see the changes in my body and pain levels. I came to Ayn with hip/lower back pain and issues with growing up pigeon toed. Over the last few months, I’ve noticed my body’s posture & muscles begin to correct itself and strengthen thanks to my sessions with Ayn. She is incredibly knowledgeable on the body and is intuitive to how my body works as well! I highly recommend!

my body was not so good. disc issues, scoliosis and othe raging issues. Ayn created exercises with the pilates equipment AND an at home "set of tools" . Her experience has aided and IMPROVED my quality of life. I had so many parts of life unavailable and now after only 2 months immediate changes to a more mobile lifestyle. I highly recommend Inner Souls time Wellness if you want to change your story from can't do to YES I CAN DO.
