I had an appt for 9am on a wedding day. The stylist was doing someone else’s hair still when I arrived and kept saying I’ll be done in a couple min it I waited 20 and she still wasn’t done so I left.
Also the business is very difficult to get a hold of.
I got my hair blown out here over the weekend and it was truthfully the worst experience I have ever had at a professional establishment. The stylist was unprofessional and had a friend there to keep her company. I felt uncomfortable and almost intrusive as they continued their gossip throughout the session. The blow dry itself, which was scheduled for an hour, took only 10 minutes and I left with hair looking worse than how I wake up. I asked for a straight blow out and not only was my hair not smooth or flat, it was curled at the ends. Such a waste of time to travel there and money. Go elsewhere
