Tara and Espy gave the best service possible. Was the first time I ever treated myself to a cut and shave from a true professional. Over the last four days I have heard compliments from everyone I run into. Thank you ladies for taking care of me. You have earned a monthly customer for sure.
Pretty bad experience. This was my second time back in a while and I will not go back. I just came in for a simple wash and blow dry and the stylist did not know how to do a simple blow out and made my hair bigger and frizzier. She was asking the other lady working for help on how to blow my hair out and how to hold the hair dryer and what type or round brush to use. I’ve had many blowouts in my life and have never experienced anything close to this before. The other stylist working I think her name was Julia ended up taking over and finishing the blow dry and style while the initial lady just watched. I went for keratin treatment and Stefani was very patient with my stubborn hair! She made sure to get the fuzzy baby hairs and I'm happy with the results! My hair is no longer a frizzy unmanageable mess.
