Grassroots Yoga

What a studio! I’ve practiced all over and there is no place like Grassroots. Every single teacher I’ve taken a class from is incredible— truly masters of their craft. Positive, fun, empowering, and a great workout. I’m excited to flow every time I come! The hot classes are fantastic and the love the unheated as well (they are room temp, not “cold” which I love). Do not miss the chance to practice here, I joined two months ago and absolutely love the community, teachers, and facilities!

I practice yoga at this studio when I’m in Ventura visiting my mother. I absolutely love this place! Everyone is friendly and very knowledgeable. The atmosphere is heavenly! I wish I could take the whole place home with me! ❤️

I enrolled in grassroots a couple of months ago as a first time student and I fell in love! Now I’m a member ? I’ve only done yoga at home so I am a beginner, but it makes me feel amazing. The atmosphere is so nice and it’s so clean! I’ve only done classes with Emily and Brittany, they are both so sweet and incredible, I love them!! I just love everything about this place.
