I've been a patient with Globerman repeatedly for a series of health isssues, from 2016 to 2023. Currently I'm assigned to a DPT with over 15 years experience. Several prior DPTs are memorable; some have moved on to other communities and fresh opportunities. Staff at the front desk are consistently wonderful as they manage payments and insurance billings, print requested encounter notes and take-home guides, and stay on top of never-ending phone communications. I've been exposed to at least three other PT clinics within Ventura County and by far, I am loyal to Globerman. Woman owned! Globerman PT is not a part of any of the increasingly bundled PT business acquisitions that private-equity-firms (PEFs) are targeting all over the USA.( Not at this time, anyway!) I do hope the current business model, close teamwork, and genuine caring for clientele persist despite any pressures that may arise within the PT world (and larger healthcare industry) with aggressive, sophisticated PEFs. The old days of a single PT engaging with a client (without involving an assistant or aide) may be long-gone, everywhere. But Globerman stays on track to deliver value, balancing the DPT's specialized capabilities with roles a well-trained and motivated assistant or aide can fill.
