Excellent excellent excellent experience! Finally a nail salon that is a true beauty salon. It was a luxury to be able to have this type of attention and cleanliness in a nail service. I just booked my membership and am looking forward to my next appointment at Fenchies ✨💕

My builder gel manicure began peeling and lifting within hours of my appointment. Multiple nails failed, including both index fingers and both thumbs, and the application was lumpy and uneven. I sent photos to the salon, and management acknowledged there was an issue. Because I could not return during their available hours due to work, I was offered only a $20 refund unless I came back for a redo. For a service that cost about $100 with tip, this was a very disappointing result and resolution.

Men's Esential Mani-Pedi was fantastic. Dayleen was my specialist. She was absolutely fabulous. She was very knowledgable and helpful. My hands and feet looked great after! Would highly recommend.

Frenchies was super clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and made me feel right at home even though it was my first visit. I could tell the other customers genuinely enjoyed returning and I will definitely recommend this place to friends!

Lidia was fantastic! And so patient since I smudged my nails a couple of times lol. I can’t wait for my next appointment! And my hands and feet have never looked so good! 🥰

Obsessed! received a relaxing mani-pedi by Dayleen and was welcomed by all the staff even management. i’ve never had my hands and feet feel so smooth the lotions and scrubs used definitely did the trick, i was carefully explained products and offered a neck wrap i felt so comfortable expressing my needs
