the service here is lousy and unprofessional, rude. came in for work to be done requested by work and they call everyone else but me went to the window asked when was I gonna be seen since I came in before everyone that showed up after and they just said when you get called. this place is a joke.

Had a really helpful appointment with Robert Fielding, a very knowledgeable nurse practitioner, and Dr. Mark Barrett has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was 9 months old. I've always felt safe and listened to by everyone there, including the front desk. It's always stressful dealing with health issues and I'm grateful that I've always felt like I and my daughter are being cared for when I'm there.

I've been coming here since 2007, love that some of the staff is still the same specially Campwalla and Margie. The receptionist guy in the front is always nice. Ok so they might be running a little behind but considering they see A LOT of people like my family it's understandable and IT HAPPENS everywhere. My father has a lot of health issues and my son is autistic and I myself also have a lot of issues, but we have always been given the respect and empathy and whatever our needs are they come thru (like referrals to specialist). Dr. Robert Fielding, Dr Barrett and Dr. Campwalla are surely the best.

Horrible experience. Went in for a psychical and tb test walked out having my HIPPA rights violated by Robert Fielding. Spoke up and the office protected him. Robert was rude, judgmental, and threw my paperwork on the floor without answering any of my questions. Robert was the worst PA I've ever encountered. No bedside manner, and discriminated against me. If something goes wrong, they don't care. They protect each other in the office no how bad the mistake is. Profit over people!
You office doesn't care about the patients and it SHOWS!

I'd give no stars if it let you. The receptionist is rude beyond belief. We have a very sick baby and she wouldn't even let us make an appt. She should not be working there. Obviously doesn't have children and no empathy. I don't know how they allow people like this to work with the public. I'd fire her! I worked in pediatrics and if I treated patients the way she does, I would have been fired.
