Today I treated myself to an 80 minute dermaplane facial. It was my first time at this day spa and I definitely will be going back! I was greeted very cordially by the receptionist and quickly offered tea or water. A few minutes later, Hope, my esthetician came to the waiting area and greeted me. She took me back to her treatment room, asked me the questions that estheticians ask their clients, ie., do you have any particular skin issues, what skin products do you currently use and what is your goal today. My mom and I both received services on the same day and we both loved our experience! I had a back facial and my mom had the coastal signature facial. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted by the receptionist and offered water. Our estheticians came to introduce themselves and they both made us feel comfortable throughout the appointment. My mom and I have received a few beauty services in Ventura County before but this by far has been the best experience! We will definitely be coming back!
