I really wanted to have this salon be "the one", but I guess not. I've gone here 4-5 times, but this last time, just before a two week vacation, I needed a little more done: acrylic on my big toe so the nail wouldn't split while away, and acrylic (for the first time since 3/20) so my nails would weather being in the ocean for two weeks. Well... the manicurist put so little acrylic on the toe that after one week it had split. And by the time I returned, my acrylic nails were chipping, not at the ends where you might expect, but near the top and sides of the nail. So I went into the shop to discuss my displeasure, quietly, because I wanted to give them a chance to full review

The people here were so sweet and friendly dealing with the volume of calls minites after Governor Newsom announced salon care services were suspended again. Lots of laughter :) I look forward to getting their services once the ban is lifted!
