Just attended my first class with Ryan. He was very welcoming and encouraging. I have arthritis in my knees and he showed me alternative exercises that don’t exacerbate the pain. After attending Ryan’s class, I decided to purchase an unlimited membership package. As a plus, the owner of the gym, Mario checked in on me after the class to see how everything went. This extra step not only made me feel welcome, but also a valuable customer.
Bossfit may just be the best gym in California; and thus, America, and thus thus—the world. That may sound hyperbolic, but I believe it to be true. Ever since I’ve been training with personal trainer Ryan Kearney, twice a week for about two years now, the gains I’ve notice both physically and mentally, have been life changing.

I highly recommend BossFit for anyone looking for personal training, strength training, or a supportive gym community. I started personal training with Ella Hall in the spring of 2025, and it was one of the best decisions I've made for my health. After years of burnout, I needed a program that would help rehabilitate my body, rebuild strength, and support hormone balance.
