I had a persistent, tight knot in my right hip that had been bothering me for nearly a year. I started with one session of physical therapy, where they gave me stretches to do at home. But honestly, I struggled to stick with it—I was hoping for immediate relief.
Next, I tried around 10 sessions of acupuncture to help with the constant pain, but unfortunately, I didn’t notice any real improvement. I even visited a few local massage places around Ventura, hoping someone could locate the trigger point and bring some relief, but nothing worked.
Then a friend recommended I try seeing Kim—and wow, what a difference! After just a couple of sessions, she was able to identify exactly where the knot was. She also showed me what I could do at home to keep loosening it and maintain the progress. She used a sports therapy device I had never seen before to stretch out my hamstrings, and it made a big impact.
Her massages are incredible—she applies strong, targeted pressure, which I really appreciate since I have an athletic build and need deep, effective work. The sports massage approach works perfectly for me. I’m now treating myself to a session with her every month. Highly recommend!

Kim is amazing. She released my shoulder which was locked up for more than a year. She is so knowledgeable and skilled. I have never had graston technique used before but it was incredibly effective. I would recommend her highly for sports massage.

I was able to schedule an appointment for Saturday 8/27/22, and received a confirmation email. However, it appears that this business is closed. Found two addresses (Sperry and Knoll) for this business, and there were no signs for this place anywhere. Texted and called the number. A text back confirmed that the posted number was not for this business.

Was desperately in need of deep tissue massage due to being in pain...My appt was canceled on 9/17/20 30 minutes before scheduled time due to masseuse saying they couldn't give a quality massage because of their pain..Rescheduled the following night on 9/18 and got canceled again at last minute due to her being tired..Not happy with how they do business..Would not recommend..Now I have to find another place and wait to get in there..

Can't say enough about Kim. Best massage I've ever had. She is knowledgeable about trigger point therapy and recently started using a CBD oil that is incredible. It also doesn't stain your clothes. I've referred friends to her who have gone back repeatedly. She will exceed your expectations.
