This is the second time I have had American Leak Detection at my house to find an irrigation leak. I'm happy to say that they are two for two. This one was a little more challenging because the flow rate was not great, but they still found it, with a little bit of helium! We found the breached PVC 90° elbow about 2 1/2 feet deep exactly where they placed their marker.
Our HOA has had the best luck with this company vs a few others when American was not available. Andy is professional, knowledgeable, and deserving of 5 stars. Front office staff is also professional and responsive. We will use them exclusively if we can.
Upon the recommendation of a plumber, I hired American Leak Detection to find the source of my gas leak. I explained the urgency of the situation, and the office manager was willing to squeeze me into the schedule sooner. Andy with American leak detection arrived on a Monday morning to evaluate the gas pipes. He found where the highest concentration of gas was located, but unfortunately, given the fact that the pipes are submerged in concrete, I needed to arrange to have another gas pipe installed.
