The facilities include turf zones, lap pools, and personal training options, making it an ideal spot for workouts. The staff, such as a helpful representative on the phone, receive praise for their professionalism. The pool area shower has been broken for over a month, and the sauna has an unpleasant smell. Despite these issues, the gym's second level impresses many visitors. It is a great place to recharge the body and mind. The gym in this location is the best. The members and the staff are all friendly, and they have good membership prices. The General Manager is welcoming, has great customer service, and has a warm aura, making this club the favorite in the area. The Front Desk staff are well-mannered and friendly gentlemen. The Cleaning staff, especially the tall gentleman, keep the club looking professional.
I had a great experience signing up for a membership with 24 hour fitness. Christopher was especially helpful in helping me sign up and giving me all the knowledge necessary to be a part of 24 hour fitness and was extremely friendly and positive!

Gym is clean except for the bathroom sinks in the women's area. My situation is niche, but be sure to review the term of your contract when they sign you up instead of signing away if you're looking for a specific term. I originally signed up with a Natalie and then came in and was told my contract had ended early. I reminded her that I set up my agreement with her, but I still had to wait to speak to a manager to see if they could approve the short term. It's a lovely gym if you don't have a special circumstance, but just in case, this was unfortunate. With the holidays coming up and lack of any type of energy to try to keep me, I'll just try another gym.
