Moxie In Motion
“After a few years away from working out, I kept putting it off until I started training with Michelle. From day one, there was zero judgment, which made it easy for me to be honest about my fears, roadblocks, and goals. She truly takes the time to get to know me and tailors every session to how my body is feeling and what’s going on in my life. Her deep knowledge of the body really shows and it’s why I trust her and feel safe pushing myself with her. I’m getting real results and am now doing things in the gym I was always fearful of or never thought I could do!!! Every session is challenging but incredibly supportive. Highly recommend!”
