Great prices friendly staff. The shop is always clean on the inside and smells nice .
They were patient, well, priced, and took great care of my cat. His fur has started matting as he gets older. I can tell he's so much more comfortable and happy now. The handkerchief was the icing on the cake ?
This is my second time visiting Wash My Dog Van Nuys with my service dog, Zeppelin, and I couldn't be happier! He's always super soft for days afterward. The staff is incredibly friendly and thoughtful, making sure Zeppelin is comfortable throughout the entire process. I'm really glad I gave them a chance. I was nervous during my first visit, but it's clear they prioritize the safety and comfort of every dog they care for. Highly recommend!
