A valued customer and friend for over 35 years, I was told by Jim two weeks ago that they were busy and to call back in a week which I did. Mind you, I have sent friends and co workers to them on referrals for 35 years. After trying to get an appointment for two weeks with 3 unreturned calls until today on a 4th attempt,Thursday, September 28th Jim picked up and stated that REGENT CARPET CARE NO LONGER CLEANS CARPETS! That area of their business is now on the back burner. Where was the honesty and customer service from the start? A sign of the times! Extremely disappointed in Jim and Jeff.

Poor services with poor workmanship skills. Currently serving one of apartment in my building. If you are deciding to service with these guys, save yourself a trouble and headache , DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. 0/5 stars. Workers are unprofessional, seems like kids right out of highschool, and are very , verbally loud , obnoxious , and disturbances to neighbors. Worst experience with this company. Should hire better workers.
