Otto's Barber Shop

The lady that did my hair to the great job. I think her name was Rena. It's a popular neighborhood barber shop. No frills. I went in on a Tuesday. The weekends it gets popular of course.

Been here for the first time took my son, the younger gentleman cut my son's hair and did a great job. If he took a little more time on my son he would have did an amazing job. The only thing that confused me was when I gave the money to my son to pay the gentleman he told me to give the money to the older man there cutting hair and so my son did and I found it odd don't I usually pay the person who cuts your hair? I just hope the older man cuts the younger guys tips because I tipped very well.

Quality: "Fair", but I don't believe they deserve a 0, which is Google's idea of "fair".

Language barrier with your barber results in terrible haircuts. It seems most barber shops end up cutting your hair the way most of their clientele like their hairstyle. I walk in there with messy hair parted on the side, walked out with really short hair (3/4 of an inch) after asking an inch and a half left on the top. Sure, I can wait til it grows. But the top being almost as short as the sides make any promise of good hairstyle non-existent, which means the cost of $13 (+$1 tip, I mean c'mon..they didn't cut my skin at least) unjustifyable.
