Maxiserve was great to work with, throughout the process of getting my house to be my home again. My condo suffered severe water damage and I had to relocate during the construction and I was in constant contact with Roman. He was always available, and if he wasn't, he contacted me within hours. I have worked with many contractors in my life, and his accessibility was very impressive. He kept me posted on what was happening and the next process that would be started, and even finished earlier than our agreed date! His work crew was very kind, neat, and reliable. The work entailed new flooring, baseboards, bathroom sink and vanity, and painting. Roman went out of his way to make sure I was completely satisfied with all of the work, and I truly feel Maxiserve went above and beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend Maxiserve to any of my neighbors and I am so appreciative of their excellent work and attention to details!

I'm on the board of our HOA, and we've worked with Maxi Serve several times. We were referred by our HOA mgmt company, Allstate.We've unfortunately had several leak issues where we needed mitigation done asap to prevent mold. Most of the communication was done with Roman the owner and he's been great.He sends his techs same day to start the mitigation, which includes identifying all the area with moisture, setting up fans for drying then removal of everything that has been water-damaged (drywall, insulation, etc)The buildbacks take a bit longer, but that's expected and we've never had issues with craftsmanship.Lastly, they have the proper software to produce itemized...read full review
