Magic Touch came out and identified an issue with my air conditioning that everyone else missed. They also cleaned the coils and brought an air filter. They were punctual, professional, and extremely kind. Working with the office was also a pleasure. A/C runs great now! I should have called them sooner.Services: A/C system maintenance
Our HVAC system died right in the midst of the heat wave (of course) this year and after dealing with some other companies, we decided to try Magic Touch based on the family vibe we got from Susan and some other reviews. I mean, how do you know who to trust when there are so many choices? Its like jumping out of an airplane...you just hope your chute works. Well, the chute worked. They weren't the cheapest option, but they also weren't the most expensive either. We needed to have the entire system replaced, including the ducting. It was a bitter pill to swallow, but it had to be done. We had read up on different rebates and credits from LADWP and the state and Susan and Al made sure we had everything we needed to get those refunds. They even worked hard to re-certify themselves for yet another rebate we had read about. The install went pretty smoothly given the heat they had to work in and the delay with parts that we are all experiencing now. They had to come out a few times to dial in the system, but they did come out every time as promised. We got our rebates checks in the mail and we are very happy with our new system. Susan even reached out today to see if we received the last rebate. I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you!
I have used this fine company on three projects and I report that the work and projects were handled very professionally.I was pleased with the deals, and I very much appreciated the companies willingness to take the extra steps to make the jobs successful and affordable. The installers were hard working (in the hot sun) and knowledgeable. This is a good, stand-up, straight shooting business.
