I purchased my V4 as a replacement for my all black 12 or 15 year old suit. The old suit outside and skin layer are still perfect. The sandwich neoprene has turned to shavings.

My new is about 7 months old. I used it once prior to having bilateral hip replacements. Putting the suit on wasn't terrible but trying to get it off once wet was nearly impossible. I actually had to asked my neighbor to help peel the shoulders down. Other times my was home to help. After about 5 or 6 uses, I noticed on the inside all the stitching had unraveled at the union of to different fabrics. I sent KW pictures of my new suit and of my old suit. Wow what can I say about Kutting Weight Sauna Suits company, their products & their customer service ??? The product is amazing that is a given . . . But the customer service is simply out of this world phenomenal !!! I simply needed to exchange by set with another larger size ~ they were so accommodating & friendly ! They sent me a return slip within minutes of emailing them, & they send out my new product size in the same day that they received my return. They stayed up on their emails & in communications with me the whole way through the process !! If only every business had such great customer service !! I will recommend this company to everyone !! They stand by their product, and most importantly, they are really there for their customers !!! A total rare gem in both Product & customer service !!! I have been using their workout gear for three years now. Luv everything about it. Great quality products. I will recomend it to anyone that wants to get back on shape or wants to get a great workout. I sweat like crazy!
