JAEK'S AUTOMOTIVE is the best, most honest mechanic in LA. My son is attending college in the neighborhood and has had a couple issues with his vehicle. He happens to live pretty close to JAEK'S so we decided to give them a shot. The customer service from the owner Rebecca was impeccable. The initial greeting, follow up and communication and pricing have been superb. Rebecca has treated him like her son. Just last week AT THE END OF THE BUSINESS DAY, my son's radiator went down and he needed a tow. I just moved to LA and my past experiences with mechanics (and cars in general) hasn’t been the greatest. One of my co-workers recommended Jaek’s and I took his word. I’m glad I did. This is one of the best shops I’ve been to. Jerry and Rebecca are very kind and nice people. They were up front about everything and gave me honest advice about other car related questions. I came in just to get my brakes done and now I will continue to go in for the rest of my car needs. I live in West Hollywood and I can say it’s worth the drive knowing that I can trust them with my car.
Top quality work and friendly staff make this a great place to get repair and maintenance on your vehicle. Highly recommended. The owner named Jerry is one of the nicest people you will meet and prices are fair. They work on all types of Cars and fix Air Conditioning and Smog passing issues problems here. I usually come here for maintainance on my Car as well. Try this place out, you won't be disappointed.
